David Lebovitz

David Lebovitz is DEFINITELY living the sweet life in Paris! This well-known chef began working in restaurants at the age of sixteen and became highly successful after his move to Paris. He was trained as a pastry chef and received certificates from Callebaut College in Belgium, as well as Ecole Lenôtre and Valrhona’s Ecole du Grand Chocolat in France. He has written 6 amazing books; one of them titled "The Great Book of Chocolate", a tribute to his favourite ingredient.
